How AI Kiss Generator handles the photos you upload, the kiss videos you make and your account details: where they are stored, who processes them and how to have them deleted.

Last updated: 2026-11-06

AI Kiss Generator (ai-kiss-generator.com) makes short AI kiss videos from photos you upload. This page covers everything the site collects to do that, what it is used for, which outside services see it and how long it is kept. "We", "us" and "our" mean the people who run ai-kiss-generator.com.

The short version

  • Your photos are used for one thing: making the kiss videos you ask for. We don't sell them, publish them or use them to train AI models.
  • The photos you upload are stored in our Cloudflare R2 storage, and the videos you create are kept by our AI gateway, AI Hub, so you can come back to them; ask us and we delete them.
  • To make a video, your photos and the kiss style you chose are sent through our AI gateway, AI Hub, to the video model Seedance (ByteDance), which runs at the model provider KIE.

What you give us

Your photos. One photo of a couple or two single photos, after your browser has resized and compressed them, together with the kiss style you picked and any extra instructions a tool lets you type.

Your account. When you sign up: your email address, your name if you give one, and a password (kept only as a one-way hash) or the basic profile your sign-in provider shares with us. We also keep your credit balance and the list of videos you made.

Waitlist email. Until kiss videos open to everyone, the "Notify me" form lets you ask to hear when they do. If you send it, we keep your email address, the page you were on, your answer to "What will you make?" and a salted one-way hash of your IP address that helps us keep bots out. We use that address for that one notice only: we don't verify it, add it to a mailing list or pass it on.

Messages. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can answer.

What the site records by itself

  • Generation records. Which tool and kiss style were used, when, whether it worked, and links to your uploaded photos and the finished video.
  • Abuse protection. A salted, one-way hash of your IP address and an identifier your browser computes from its own settings, used to rate-limit requests and stop abuse. The browser identifier is also saved in your browser's local storage.
  • Request logs. Like any website, our host processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and block attacks.
  • Visit statistics. We count visits with Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies and keeps nothing that identifies you. We see totals such as page views, countries and referring sites.

Cookies and local storage

When you sign in, a session cookie keeps you signed in until you sign out. If you arrive from another site or a link with campaign tags, a cookie remembers where you came from for 30 days so a sign-up can be credited to it. Your browser's local storage also keeps the device identifier above and your light or dark theme choice.

Who else handles your data

A few outside services help run the site. Each gets only what it needs for its job:

  • Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores the photos you upload (Cloudflare R2); like any web host it sees your IP address when you connect.
  • AI Hub and the AI video model behind it — AI Hub is the gateway that passes your photos and the kiss style you picked to the video model, Seedance (ByteDance), reached through the model provider KIE, and keeps the finished kiss videos so you can watch and download them again; the model provider processes your photos to create the video and may keep the input and the result for a limited time.
  • Plausible Analytics — counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.

We also share information when the law requires it, or when that is needed to stop fraud or protect someone's safety. We don't sell personal information and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

  • Uploaded photos and your videos: photos are kept in our R2 storage and finished videos at AI Hub, to run the service and so you can download your videos again; email us and we delete yours.
  • Copies at our AI providers: AI Hub and the video model provider may keep the photos they receive and the video they return for a limited time, then remove them.
  • Waitlist entries: until the notice has gone out, or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first.
  • Account data: until you ask us to delete your account.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, send you a copy, correct it or delete it, including your photos and videos. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), the law may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Photos of other people and of children

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed to it (see the Terms of Service). If someone used your photo without asking, email us and we delete the photo and any video made from it.

AI Kiss Generator is not meant for anyone under 18, and photos of people under 18 must not be uploaded. If we learn that we hold such a photo, we delete it.

Security

Everything travels over HTTPS. Uploads are checked to be real images before they are stored, and each file is saved under a long random address that isn't listed anywhere. Anyone who has that address can open the file, so keep your video links to yourself.

Where data is processed

Our host and AI providers run servers in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes too. If a change affects how your photos are used, we will say so on the site before it takes effect.
