Terms of Service

These terms set out the deal between you and the people who run AI Kiss Generator at ai-kiss-generator.com ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site does

You upload one photo of a couple, or two photos of one person each, choose a kiss style, and an AI video model turns them into a short kiss video of a few seconds. A machine makes every clip, so it may not match what you had in mind: faces can drift away from the originals, motion can look unnatural and small details can come out wrong. Watch each video all the way through before you share it.

Paid use only

Making a kiss video always needs an account and credits. There is no free trial and no free video, for visitors or for new accounts. You can look around, upload your photos and pick a style first; the Create step asks you to sign in and checks your credit balance.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for anything done through your account. One account per person. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Credits are not on sale yet

Credits can't be bought yet, so kiss video creation isn't open to the public. When your balance is too low, the site offers to email you once it opens.

Whose photos you may upload

This is the most important rule on the site:

• Upload only photos of yourself, or of people who have clearly agreed to be in a kiss video made with this tool. Both people in the video must have agreed.
• Never use a photo of someone else to pretend to be them, to show a real person kissing someone they did not choose to, or to make a video that could embarrass, harass or deceive anyone. That includes celebrities, ex-partners, classmates and colleagues.
• No photos of anyone under 18, and no photos that make an adult look like a minor.
• No nudity, sexual or pornographic content, violence, hate, or anything illegal where you or we are. Kiss styles are meant to stay romantic and non-sexual; don't try to steer them anywhere else.

We don't check faces or identities before a video is made, so following these rules is your responsibility. If we find or are told about a video that breaks them, we delete it and may close the account that made it.

You keep every right to your photos. You allow us to store them, process them and send them to our AI providers only to create the videos you ask for, until they are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

The videos you create

We claim no ownership of the videos you create. How you may use them also depends on the terms of the AI models and providers behind the tool, and we make no promise about commercial use, so check those terms before you rely on a video commercially. Keep in mind that purely AI-made content can't be protected by copyright in some countries, and that someone else may get a similar-looking result.

A kiss video made here is not a real recording. Don't present it as one, and don't use it for fake evidence, fake identities or to mislead anyone about what two real people did.

Things you must not do

• Break the law or anyone else's rights while using the site.
• Get around credit charges or rate limits.
• Scrape the site, overload it, probe it for weaknesses or try to reach data that isn't yours.
• Resell the service or build a product on it without our written permission.

Our content

The site's design, text, logo and example videos belong to us. Don't copy them without our permission.

Changes, suspension and ending access

We can change, pause or stop any part of the site. If you break these terms, we may block your access without notice.

No guarantees

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be up, free of errors, or that a video will suit your purpose.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is more. Nothing here takes away rights that the law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes too. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
